Welcome to Calmly Student. These terms of service govern your use of our student planning application. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using Calmly Student, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
To use Calmly Student, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Calmly Student offers a free 7-day trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the app. Subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate and automatically renew unless cancelled. Payments are processed through Apple (iOS), Stripe (web), or Google Play (Android) depending on your platform.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with complete access to all Calmly Student features. The trial begins when you create your account. No payment information is required to start the trial. After the trial expires, you will need an active subscription to access the app.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. For iOS subscriptions, manage cancellation through your Apple ID settings. For web subscriptions, use the subscription management page in the app. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective payment platform (Apple App Store or Stripe).
You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with or disrupt the service, upload malicious content or code, use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages, or share your account credentials with others.
Calmly Student and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Calmly Student and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all data and content you create within the app. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
Calmly Student is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calmly Student shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these terms of service. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of Calmly Student after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
